Hey Everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting very frequently lately but these days I feel like just zoning out in front of the T.V. when I get home from work. Over the last few weeks my workload has increased and I feel like I’m giving all my creative writing energy over to work. Which is okay, I always wanted a job where I get to write all day! It just leaves me pooped and unmotivated to write here!

Now, I’m not JUST vegging out in front of the T.V. everyday. I’m working out! I dusted off my Wii Fit balance board and started doing some workouts from some YouTube fitness stars Casey Ho from Blogilates and Katrina and Karena from Tone It Up. You might recall from my New Year’s Resolution post that I am trying to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Now that I’m done with school I have so much more time for taking care of my  health. The videos from Blogilates and Tone It Up are so easy and motivating that it makes it easy for me to squeeze in a quick workout when I roll out of bed or a few at night. I don’t follow any particular routine–I try to do a full body workout or try some of the challenges each offers. I then try doing 30 minutes to 1 hour of doing the free walk on the Wii Fit game. I like it because I can change the channel and watch T.V. as it tracks my steps and keeps me on pace.

If you are low on funds and don’t know where to start on getting your fitness on track I highly recommend searching YouTube for free motivating trainers!
