I made this simple and healthy stir-fry recipe from the top of my head the other day. A bowl of steamed white rice topped and a bit of Sriracha and soy sauce completed the meal.
1 Yellow bell pepper, diced
1 Zucchini, diced
2 Carrots, peeled into strips (use the peeler to make strips of carrot)
1 Head of broccoli
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 Lime, juiced
A few shakes of:
1. Heat sesame oil in pan. Add vegetables.
2. Add seasonings: rice vinegar, lime. ground ginger, pepper and garlic salt.
3. Cook vegetables.
Done! Easy as can be. You can even add in some cooked chicken, beef, salmon or tofu. Enjoy a healthy simple meal!
